Tiffany Bridal Shower

Square cupcakes was something new to me. I used a Fat Daddio's square muffin pan and jumbo cupcake liners. I loved the way they came out! I used fondant to make the box top, bows and ribbon.
The round cupcake had 3 flowers and a fondant scalloped round medallion to cover it. I added the blue pearl in the middle of the flower for some sparkle.

Celebration Cakes

I was asked to make a two tiered cake for a baby shower. The pink and white baby shower cake with "Modern Baby Girl Caucasian Theme". The bottom tier is chocolate with fresh strawberry filling, and the top tier is vanilla with cream cheese frosting.
The baby topper is all edible. The baby head and the body is all rice crispy treats. I had originally attempted to use a generic brand but had to scrap the whole thing because it wouldn't hold its shape. Lesson learned use the good stuff :) Arms, legs, bow, bottle, ruffles and facial features are all fondant.
The pink bow added an extra girly touch. I dusted it with shimmer dust.
The bottom tier had a quilted diamond pattern and handmade edible pearls dusted with a darker shimmer dusting powder. I used about 100 pearls.

I also worked on a Sports Theme cake. For a little boy names Israel. The color scheme was red and blue. This cake is covered with vanilla buttercream accented with fondant details.
The fondant topper included a basketball, soccer ball, baseball, football, and baseball bat. These were so darling and they were a hit!
